Salzburg Education Account

Who?
Work returners registered as unemployed, persons without studies or university degree (except work returners) who want to call upon measures of qualification of professional use. 

How long?
A certain amount per person can be claimed for a period of four years, fully or in parts.

How much?
50% of course fees, no travel expenses or cost of material or accommodation
Maximum of 830 Euros, and maximum of 50% of course fees
For preparation for the examination for a master craftsman’s diploma (Meister- or Werkmeisterprüfung) up to 1000 Euros
People over 50 and people over 20 without completed vocational training up to 1,250 Euros

Application:
Primary residence or work place for at least a year in the federal state of Salzburg
The education measure has to cost at least 200 Euros
Application form and copy of invoice, deposit slip and proof of residence to Referat Sozialplanung.
