and for each child more the benefit is raised by 500 Euros.

Most local authorities grant financial support to families who decide to buy reusable diapers.

How much?
Support varies regionally, but amounts to at least 95 Euros.
A minimal value of basic equipment of 254 Euros is the condition for redeeming the voucher.
Application:
Available on showing the „Mutter-Kind-Pass“ before birth, or when registering the baby at with the local authority (Gemeindeamt) or at the respective waste disposal organisation (Abfallverband). The voucher has to be filled in completely and stamped at the respective Gemeindeamt of primary residence. It can be redeemed at several specialised dealers in Lower Austria.

Dealers selling reusable diapers
Who?
All families (including single parent citizens) with children in Lower Austria who are Austrian nationals or nationals of an EU member state, and receive federal Family Support (Familienbeihilfe) for at least one child.
Fathers and mothers who do not share a household with their children and do not receive Familienbeihilfe for these children can apply for a Besuchsväterkarte. Fathers/mothers who apply for this card will receive the Lower Austrian Family Journal and the new Lower Austrian Family Pass.
How much?
The Lower Austrian Family Pass is a service card of the federal state of Lower Austria with lots of advantages and reductions (ÖBB VORTEILScard Family, possibility of vacation benefit, free subscription of the family journal “meine family”, reductions of up to 50% at participating businesses in Lower Austria).
Application:
Online application; the application is also available at all local authorities (Gemeindeamt) and Bezirkshauptmannschaften in Lower Austria, and can be requested via the phone at the Amt der NÖ Landesregierung.
