Liese Prokop Scholarship

The Austrian Integrationsfond award the Liese Prokop Scholarship to asylum beneficiaries studying at Austrian universities and Fachhochschule. It is a monthly aid of € 500 (March to September 2008) which aims at supporting integration of asylum beneficiaries through education.

Eligible are:

• Asylum beneficiaries studying in non-degree programme studies (Vorstudienlehrgang)

• Asylum beneficiaries who are persuing a validation of their degree from abroad at an Austrian university

You need the following material for the application:

• convention passport or positive asylum notice
• acceptance letter from university or Fachhochschule, admission
• record report of exams already taken,
• test certificates notice of receipt of social help or proof of income registration
• certificate (Meldezettel) and photo
